For the recipe video, please click here: www.youtube.com OR here: www.bbqguys.com To watch Chef bake this recipe inside, click here: www.youtube.com Ingredients Bottom Layer Cream Cheese 24 Ounces Sugar (Granulated) 1 1/4 Cup Whole Eggs 4 Each Egg Yolks 2 Each Vanilla Extract 1 Tbsp Tapioca Starch 3 Tbsp Jack Daniels 2 Tbsp Top Layer Sour Cream 20 Ounces Sugar (Granulated) 1 1/2 Cups Vanilla Extract 2 Tsp Jack Daniels 2 Tbsp Tapioca Starch 2 Tbsp Sauce Butter (Unsalted — Room Temp) 1/2 Cup (Diced – Divided) Jack Daniels 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (lite) 1/4 Cup Crust Graham Cracker Crumbs 1 Cup Sugar Grnulated 3 Tbsp Butter (Melted — Cooled) 1 Stick Procedure Crust 1) Blend all ingredients in a mixing bowl; spread evely over pan or skillet and lightly pack with the back of your fingers. Bottom Layer 1) Make Sure all ingredients are at room temperature. 2) Cream together the cream cheese and sugar, slowly add in the tapioca, Jack Daniels, and Vanilla extract. 3) Slowly add in the eggs and egg yolks and blend just until incorporated. 4) Pour mixture evenly over graham crust. 5) Bake at (325-350F) for 20-30 minutes. Just until set and jiggles slightly like jello. 6) Remove and allow to cool until skin forms on the top.
